Qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser over 30 years ago, Uday has spent more than two decades building Kishens into a family business that supports family businesses. He specialises in succession structuring, navigating tax change, and ensuring wealth passes efficiently across generations. Clients stay with Uday for decades because he treats their families the way he treats his own, and the proof is beside him. He leads the firm today alongside his son Kishen and daughter Aneesha, the second generation of the family in the practice.

Kishen began his career at EY, advising family offices and private equity funds on complex multi-million and multi-billion pound transactions, before bringing that experience home to the family firm. He combines sophisticated structuring with a personal, long-term approach to client relationships.

Aneesha qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PKF Littlejohn, building experience across audit and corporate finance before joining the family practice. She brings expertise in financial reporting, transaction due diligence, and group debt structuring.

Rupesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai and joined Kishens in 2006. As Managing Director of our India operations, he oversees the Mumbai and Vadodara offices and leads the firm's IT function across the UK and India, alongside managing key clients through Team Federer. With nearly two decades at Kishens, he plays a central role connecting the firm's people, technology and client services.
Anita holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai and joined Kishens in 2010. As HR Director of our India operations, she leads the firm's people strategy across our Indian offices and manages key clients through Team Dhoni. Known for her approachable manner, she is genuinely committed to supporting both our people and our clients.
Rohan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai and joined Kishens in 2006. As Chief Financial Officer of our India operations, he oversees financial management and supports key business decisions, and manages clients through Team Bolt. He combines strong financial expertise with a calm, analytical approach that makes him a trusted adviser.

Akshay completed his Master's degree before joining Kishens in 2016. As Manager of Team Bolt, he oversees company accounts, management accounting, corporation tax and compliance. He takes pride in giving clients timely, practical advice they can genuinely rely on.
Kelly joined Kishens in 2012 as a part-time Administration and Accounts Assistant and has grown with the firm ever since. She oversees our own bookkeeping and credit control and provides company secretarial support to clients, and sits on the Management Board, helping drive the firm's continued growth.
Manoj has been part of Kishens since 2015 and leads our Vadodara operations, with expertise in company accounts, management accounts and VAT returns. Accuracy matters to him, and he is committed to delivering reliable, dependable service to every client.
Vaibhav joined Kishens in 2016 and leads the payroll team as Payroll Manager, overseeing HMRC compliance, timely RTI submissions and the smooth running of PAYE, CIS, workplace pensions and P11D reporting. Clients trust him to get their people paid correctly and on time.
Siddhesh has been part of Kishens since 2015, building extensive experience in UK accounting. As Manager of Team Federer, he leads a dedicated team delivering accounting, tax and compliance services. His focus on accuracy and service runs through everything his team does.
Rohit has been with Kishens since 2015, building expertise in company accounts, management accounts and VAT returns. He also supports Rupesh with IT operations and systems administration across Kishens India, keeping the firm running smoothly behind the scenes.
